JOB PROFILE

The Vice President of Operations will report to the President of Goodwill Industries of Mississippi. His or her areas of responsibility will include improvement of existing stores, expansion of new stores, implementation of the safety and security report recently performed, and encourage board members to support the mission of Goodwill through their wealth, wisdom, and work.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Proven track record in a non-profit environment
* Must have business experience in marketing and sales
* Must have worked for a volunteer board and have served as a volunteer for charitable causes
* Must have a religious conviction to serve those with physical, emotional and social limitations
* Outgoing professional demeanor to interact easily with employees, customers, and board members

EDUCATION

* Bachelor Degree Required
* Masters Degree Preferred
