Position Title:
Director of Sales
Reports To: CEO
SUMMARY
Provides overall leadership, policy development and management
for all aspects of sales for this start-up technology company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Serve as the Executive for Sales.
* Develop and successfully implement a strategic sales process.
* Effectively build relationships with the potential clients
in the property management and self storage industries.
* Generate suspects and prospects that result in sales.
* Create a climate that will maximize economic growth through
creative leadership.
* Create effective channels of communication with all clients
and potential clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven track record in sales and sales
management.
* Previous experience working with variety of clients and
large sales channels.
* Understand the role of sales in a technology based start-up.
* Ability to deal in diverse climates.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Previous management experience.
