COMPANY BACKGROUND
Mitchell's Oil Field Service, Inc. is a construction and trucking
company, serving the oil and gas industry in the Williston
Basin of Montana and North Dakota. Founded in 1977 by Everett
Mitchell, the company is headquartered in Sidney, Montana
and has offices in Glendive and Baker, Montana and Bowman,
Killdeer, and Waterford City, North Dakota. Mitchell Oil Field
Services provides construction and maintenance service for
active operators of oil and gas production leases. The company
also has a trucking division that moves and installs pump
jacks, and also provides moving service for workover and shallow
depth drilling rigs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Overall responsibility for the strategic direction of the
company.
* Execution of the business plan to ensure financial stability
and growth.
* Effectively build relationships with current and prospective
clients.
* Assist in the development of the operating budget and maintaining
costs.
* Create a climate that will maximize economic growth through
creative leadership.
* Create effective channels of communication with all clients,
potential clients, and employees.
* Accountable for the success of all projects within the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven 10+ years of oil services / construction executive
experience.
* Previous experience working with the acquisition and merger
of other organizations
* Project management and controls experience.
* Track record of successfully leading a multi-disciplined
team of professionals
* Ability to deal in diverse climates.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Strong communication skills.
