Blacklidge Emulsions is a worldwide leader in the technology and supply of high quality Asphalt Emulsions, Crumb Rubber and Polymer Modified Asphalt Cements, Sealcoats and Cold Applied Asphaltic Specialty Coatings.

JOB PROFILE

The Plant Manager will report to the Executive Vice-President. This industry leading organization is a $100 million per year company. This executive will be responsible for the overall operations of the production facility. We are seeking a hard working, hands on manager who is not afraid to get their hands dirty.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

* 5 years experience in management- either plant manager or assistant plant manager

* Strong Physical Plant Knowledge- Ability to "fix a pump" when needed.

* Must be able to manage 15 laborers and also truck drivers

* Review a formulation and be able to understand how to save money

* Must be able to be on call and live near the facility

* Type A personality

* Blue Jean type person and knows how to work hard and to manage people
